The Closet

I've been locked in here so long that i've forgotten how to laugh, how to smile, how to breathe...

It's so dark and cold here, sometimes I wonder what it's like on the other side

what it's like to be free.

As much as I want to remember these feelings I can't not yet anyways

society will judge, me my parents will abandon me, and even though i'll be on the other side of that door, i'll still be trapped.

Sure be "out" and all but the world will try to push me back in; try and change me to the point where I don't know who I am anymore.
And then in the end I will never learn how to laugh, smile, or even breathe again...
