Closure

Too many excuses were used,

To ease my doubts with explanations,

Followed one after another,

Night left to myself.

Thoughts of hope fading away,

You remained from me,

Weighing my chances,

Of any possibility with you.

Giving my beat meaning each day,

Coming closer to our time,

Closing in on our meeting,

Always left to myself.

Moments where I wanted to let go,

On, I challenged my beat,

After beat, holding on to the string of hope,

Of any possibility with you.

But now, I've growned tired of your game,

Of setting my days for disappointing nights,

When unfortunately sometimes you're there,

And not left to myself

Once more weaving the possibility with you.
