The breeze blows,

pulling me nearer,

taking me farther.

Where must I go?

The breeze ceases,

revealing a view

of clarity anew.

I pray to stay.

The breeze comes,

bringing me down,

loud I sound.

My tears fall, earthbound.

My load; wisps,

temporary to stay,

following the weathervane.

I am not ready.
