Clouding Fear With Anger
I want to eat the world,
I want to swallow it up.
I am a giant, I have thunder in my footsteps.
Don't tell me no, I will give you a fight.
Don't tell me to do this, do that, I will gnash my teeth.
If you talk too much, I will pull your faults from your lips,
I will use them against you, I don't care if they're from yesterday.
I want to eat the world,
I want to swallow it up.
I am a free verse poem, I have no rhyme or meter.
DO NOT TELL ME NO.
YOU TALK TOO MUCH.
I am going to swallow you up.
Admire the red streaks on my arms, I PUT THEM THERE.
I am angry giant,
And I am going to eat the world.
