the clouds are shaking

the clouds are shaking.

and i can't get them to stop.

i asked them to make some rain,

and if they needed to, some thunder.

they just stayed quiet.

they just kept shaking.

the sun kept quiet, too.

it wasn't her business.

what had the clouds ever done for her?

the moon didn't have any idea about what was going on.

she had went to sleep.

i cared, though. i wanted the clouds to stand still.

i wanted -

well, i guess i didn't want what the clouds wanted.

they kept shaking and they have yet to stop.
