1 Thessalonians 5:21 New English Translation (NET Bible)

21 But examine all things; hold fast to what is good.

Expectation unfulfilled. Who can read the heart of man?

Plans somewhere made in the hearts as only a human can

Always the unexpected rises to an unprepared rough surface

Everyone seems to have a part in playing only self to nurture

Dancing to a tune in slow motion where music is confiding 

Using some lost lyrics of silly thoughts that in memory are hiding 

The audience is sitting there in loneliness and somewhat confused  

Taking this as provided punishment for the feeling of  "the abused."
