swaddles and crane,

needles and pain,

acidic rain,

it is the darkest of the darkest age,

maybe it´s not just a phase,

toilet paper. 6 ft apart,

to keep everyone´s safety at heart,

vaccines coming in,masks on, it´s a start,

dodging obstacles that feel like a poisonos dart

if looks couldn´t kill,

all the negativity will,

standing strong still,

climbing over every hill,

paying the price-the highest bill.

Iḿ M, I like reading, writing, cooking, acting, and helping others. Good luck to other poets out there, and never give up on your dreams. No matter how hard it seems.
