Coded Veins

I've learned not to cut, but to copy instead. Much of my crazy's been trapped in my head. The lies that have hid me, are lies all the same, And the lies that have hid me, are keeping me sane. I won't erase what I am, but keep it secretly saved, for, what I am, may suddenly change. And as my scales grow, and my wings start to spread, I may find that my heart, has always been dead.
