Coffee Shop Thoughts
No mom its not a necessity it’s the possibility,
she's like safety flying high on a swing with me.
I only met her once and don’t even remember her name.
But she won't stay out of my mind I feel like I'm going insane,
crazy for her it’s all in my brain.
It’s so sad,
i'm too nervous to be hurt it's so bad.
What about the opinion of my dad?
Too focused on too many things that i can’t hear anything in my head but screams.
I can’t start the conversation.
If i did it would be an innovation.
I’m mad at this game that my mind plays with its reservation
to keep to itself, keep me sitting in this position.
Unable to move my legs and walk over there
Unable to open my lips, can’t control my stare
God why can’t i get out of this chair?
But there she goes,
out the door
heartache has made me so sore
maybe i averted someone wrong down to the core
maybe a little whore
something from my nightmares an enormous horror
it keeps me awake at night,
days are where i get my sleep
scared that in the dark she’ll be all that i see
im not talking about anyone in particular
just all of the girls you see when the sun is solar
