Coffee Stain on my Linoleum

There seems to be a spill Of which I can't abstain The place that I call home Is tainted from the pain Whiter than a cherubs wing With cross-sections deepened black Sink like trenches down the road Parallel to each own track Forming plates that solidify Feeling each temperature roll in A frigid scene of witches’ snow And scorching from within Oblivious to the terrain But here it shall dwell Stiff but full of faults An abode of empty shells Sparks of exceptional talent Fly close in bright yellow The dimming light encloses Soaking in mellow The equinoxes go by It continues to coincide And all the rude aesthetics Shall temporally lie Everything will fade It does not deceive The somber and the thrill Are ordered out to leave What is this I see though? Transcending in the path A stain that will never budge Even after the wrath Stain as obscure as grim But simultaneously sublime The linoleum shall decay The coffee stain is time This will ultimately stay Sudden bursts of dismay Ignited by the surface My linoleum sees a better day By Gabriella
