Cold Beach
One day I drove
all the way to the coast
Far out I could see
something like a melody
Two hands reach out
my eyes are above the sand
I touch
Underneath are the feet of God
But the cold comes
and my fear stains
My heart shrinks
My eyes retreat
One day I won't be this cold
