Cold Winter Home
I am from the cold winter wind
The snow that melts in your hand
A season I call mine
I am from the world of make believe
A word that is not real
But real to me
I am from the tears that I’ve cried
From the relatives I have lost
And the one that gave birth to me
I am from a world of unknown
Speaking two languages
Not knowing which one is my own
I am from the tough love of a father
The one I love with all my heart
I am from the care of my sister
The one that act like my mother
I am from a family that Is not perfect
But perfect to me
