Collage

(poems go herCollage All I can offer is my apologies. My mistake made me miss my only shot. His place in your heart was once my spot. I would stand in front of you on my knees, but it would mean nothing like my, “I’m sorry’s” So I am sitting here with only one thought; “How on earth did I let myself get caught?’ Now all that is left is our memories, and they are what keep me off of the floor. Thoughts of when we’d play soccer together, or campout and cuddle in cold weather, are what make me hopelessly hope for more. But our love is now a torn picture, Can we make it a collage just once more? e)
