Collapse
Five days apart and they were gone
Leaving behind their now orphaned little one
My four-legged friends with their own personalities
Have gone away and shown me reality
How the world around us is as fragile as glass
and how one wrong move can cause it to collapse
My four-legged friends that I swear could talk
That left so suddenly it gave me a shock
but if we think too much of friends in the past
the future ones will have no room to last
