The Collapse of The Great Eagle

The Collapse of The Great Eagle

By A.R.T

Do you remember when we were a democracy,

Before the rise of the Autocracy.

When we were quite carefree,

When America still claimed to be free.

Then came rise of ignorant and pious,

to follow the great crisis.

The anarchy grew and grew,

And so did the plans that loki drew.

When America's time came neer,

All the bigwigs did sneer.

The right and left did fight,

With the citizens in fright.

I ask you did we cause this conflict,

Could we have been able to predict.

Why is it our government collapsed on us,

Was it us the ignorant and zealotus?

“In nation after nation democracy has taken the place of autocracy.”
