College

They went to her apartment, he faithfully visited her everyday after class at the dining hall.

Whenever the occasion arises, he would answer the call.

He never made it this far with any lady.

Mostly because past experiences were shady.

In her bedroom sharing an intimate, passionate kiss.

They suddenly stop as if something was amiss.

Into each other's eye they saw a flame.

And in that moment they knew that night nothing would be the same.

He takes off his shirt, his muscles flexed.

He patiently awaited for what came next.

He noticed how tense she was, and how she loved him.

He pulled his shirt back on from what his conscience spoke from within.

He held her for the rest of that night.

And promised he wouldn't engage in a non-celibate act without God's word and light.
