College

It's all I seem to think of

Will my dream come true,

Of repping the colors gold and baby blue?

UCLA, will it ever come my way?

I want to be successful,

make some changes in this world.

Feeling twisted and twirled

by the work I put in.

All the stress is just starting to begin.

But I know I'll win this race

'cause in the end,

I'll come face to face

to my destiny,

to discover what is left for me.

It'll take some time

'cause life can be a climb.

But I just have to stay ahead.

Life can be rough

But like Lil' Wayne once said

"This world can be cold and deceiving, I gotta keep my head up

like my nose is bleeding".
