College is a Conundrum
We sit in class and we daydream of what college will be.
Is it going to be frightening or is it going to be fun? Who knows, it's a mystery.
The seniors in high school all seem to think that we are on top of the world,
but in reality, at college to the bottom is where we will be hurled.
Over the summer we strive to create a new image for these new friends,
but soon we will realize that they don't want to see us through a clouded lens.
When we finally feel comfortable and free to live in our own skin,
the year is done and we go home to start all over again.
