Colonial Dirty Dog and the three softballs

Colonial Dirty Dog was a twelve year old girl who loved softball. One day the colonial took a walk to the park and found three softballs along the way. The first one she found in a bush and a big black dog was sitting next to it. She asked the dog, Is this yours? The dog replied, No I just slobbered on it but you can have it now that its dirty. The colonial was very grateful and continued on. As the colonial became closer to the park she saw something yellow floating in a pond. Carefully, the colonial reached out for the object but saw big eyes in the water and was startled. As the colonial stepped back, she saw the object was a softball. She wanted that ball really bad and tried again to reach it. Just then a large crocodile came up out of the water with the ball in his mouth and dropped it on the shore. The colonial was scared but asked if she could have the softball. The crocodile replied, yes but you have to tell me you name first. Colonial replied and said, I'm the colonial of softballs. The crocodile said, ok the balls really dirty but you can have it. She thanks the crocodile and continues on. When the colonial reached the park she saw a team practicing softball and asked if she could play. This team was all girls and they were big and scary. One of the girls said no but you can play with this ball and threw her a softball. The ball was muddy and falling apart but the colonial didn't mind. Now the colonial has three softballs but no one to play with. She headed back home and stopped by the pond to say hi to the crocodile but he wasn't there. She stopped by the bush where she saw the big black dog and he wasn't there either. As she arrived home her mom asked her where she had been. She said she was hunting softballs and found three. The colonial showed her mom all three in pure excitement and said, now I can learn how to play softball. The colonials mom replied, Colonial those are dirty and where did that dirty dog come from? The colonial was surprised to see that the big black dog had followed her home. The colonials mom let her keep the big black dog who she named, "Dirty Dog" and they played softball everyday.

The End.
