The Color Happy

Don’t be sad,

But don’t deny that you are

If I could hear the color blue, you'd sound just like it.

I don’t know how to help you but,

I can help you recompose your sound..

So that maybe you will sound yellow instead?

Like the sunshine that smiles at your face and makes you glow.

Orange?

Like the fire in your eyes that could make anyone melt in your gaze

Red?

Like the strawberries you love to eat that are almost as sweet as you.

Purple?

Like the rain-filled clouds…

Don’t cry…

If I could hear you be happy, I would love that… whatever color that is.
