Color the World
Take out your box of crayons,
Markers, and colored pencils too,
Invite out your inner child
to paint the world yellow and blue.
Take out your hopes and desires
spread them across the canvas.
Your colorful paintbrush inspires
the beautiful world around you.
You have the power
to color your world,
be the golden sunlight
that shines through the clouds,
be the red flower that
grows in the snow.
Color the world.
Take out your misery
and douse it in the colors of hope.
watching polychromatic wavelengths dance vividly
always helps one to cope.
You have the power
to color the world,
be the golden sunlight
that shines through the clouds,
be the red flower that
grows in the snow.
color the world.
life can be grey if you let it
you choose the colors you paint,
its all in the way you create it
so don’t let your colors be faint.
