Color of your eyes

Seeing a color nobody sees, From Athiest to Christian

Like a gangbanger who had a near death experience.

Who has guilt for one of his homeboys descending upon heaven

Those loud noises without a voice echoing in your head.

He was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

God gave you a second chance now you’re doing 25 to life

You’ll be out by your late forty’s

Reminiscing that devastating point of no return, in

Which you brought death upon one of your own

The tears raining from your mom’s eyes hitting

Your soul like bullets.

In which she thought you were the one that was killed.

Those moments were like 1,000 ways to die to the spectators

Who were amused to see another dance with the devil
