Colors

red flooded my veins

it filled me with rage

it reminded me of your lips

blue iced my lungs

making it hard to breath

it was over when you looked at me

yellow swarmed in my mind

making everything bright and happy

it was like your smile

pink surronded my heart

it gave me love and joy

just like your laugh

green barreled in my legs

making me week in my knees

like the envy i felt when you kissed her

purple came dancing in

like the night we went to that gala

the places your hands touched on my body

still remain purple to this day.

blue walked thru slowly

like our walks on the beach

or when your eyes gleamed with contempt.

black now surronds my  soul

you left me

and thats ok

it just hurts a little bit
