Colors

red means anger

blue means sadness

green means calm

and yellow means happiness

but what does black mean, I wonder,

and what could white stand for?

I have heard that black means death,

But what of the spaces between the stars?

I have seen that people interpret white as purity,

but white is also the color of explosive powder.

And what of those of us who cannot see some of these colors?

Are we doomed to forever wander in gray?

Perhaps we do not see the world as you do,

But I see no reason why we should not be able to experience it as you.

Green, blue, gray… they are only words to me

But because I do not see them, it makes me love the other colors even more

Red, white, black, and silver are the ones that truly bring me joy

And every day is simply another day when I get to see them.
