Colors Fade
Golden sunlight,
Silver streaked rain.
Their colors brighten,
as my colors fade.
I sink into the background,
hardly even noticed.
Just a shadow on the wall,
that everyone looks over.
Stolen hopes,
Broken dreams, now
a bleeding heart.
Words are nonexistant
there are none to say.
My lips are silent,
As I begin to fade.
