The Colors of Love

Because I love you are the words painted on a wall.

The three words "I love you" come three orders tall.

The word "because" is a catch, because sometimes there is a fall.

Because I love you can be red and bloody, it can be a bruise.

I love you can be purple and a wide array of blues.

I love you can be orange, wild and uncareful.

It can be words that causes the world to stare at you.

Because I love you makes you feel stupid and all the while sane,

it keeps you swimming in clouds, or sometimes a drain.

Because I love you makes excuses for others, it makes a person neglect their

wife, kids, uncle, aunt, husband, mother, and brother.

Because I love you can be good too, in between the blues.

Because I love you can be yellow with happiness and kisses.

Because I love you can make it seem like theres no need for wishes.

Because I love you can be green and white and pure.

Becuase I love you can be the rainbow at the end of the rain, but becuase I love you

a lot of the times is the cause of the pain.

But before we hear another person say "becuase I love you", lets look inside their heart

cause sometimes we have to stop before we start...

Their heart may be pink and red, but everything that glitters aint gold. Red can be because I love you

or it can be because I love the thought of you. But I'm only telling you the truth because I love you.
