Colors of Time

What's the color of time

Could it be red

The color of rage

Waiting to be defined

Or would you like

The color green

Simply because it

Reminds you of devious things

Or would it be white

So pristine and clean

Just waiting to be dirtied

By all sorts of nasty things

I truly believe

The color of time is black

For it knows all; consumes all

And never looks back
