Come Back Down

Come back down

Off that power trip you've been feening

Come back down

From that C- you've been scheming

Nouns, verbs, and subjects

We crave to learn, we want to learn

Come back down

And teach me something, professor

What comes first

The student or the teacher

What comes first

The grade or the politics

Come back out

From the principal's office with that smirk

Come back in

The classroom and tell me I'm good enough

Come back down

From that power trip you've been floating
