Come Judgment Day

Forgiveness is an illusion cast by those incapable of withstanding temptation, and I refuse to be a cog in your hypocritical congregation. There are many like you, who preach pardon of sin as liberation, whilst claiming that some souls are simply spawned for damnation. I, however, have chosen to live my life as the sinner I was created to be. Guilt shall be my burden, but also, a constant reminder that I am wholly me. My conscience is my cue that I’ve a soul of which to speak, and I am only truly damned, when that conscience grows weak.
