Come to Me Love
My dreams don't have to come true,
But I really want them to.
Just to be with you,
And share a love, let's do.
Instead, I am still alone;
your feelings I have never known.
i wish God would condone,
A gift of friendship for my own.
To race, to run, to fly,
And always have a soul near by.
Let me win the world, change come nigh.
Oh! How I hate to say good-bye.
but I'm afraid to run again.
For failure is all my gain.
Now, in my heart the root of pain;
I think I'm going insane.
Standing whist terrifies me too.
For in prison no flowers grew.
what shall be the outcome due?
This old war I face anew.
