Come Sail Away

It’s been 12 years
Of chores, work and sweat.
We didn’t ask for it
But overall it was okay.

We meet people
Some were horrible
Some were great
But overall they were okay.

We file in line
Ready for the end
A decade and two years of tears, laughter and regrets,
yet overall it was okay.

The ship it’s sailing
For four more years
Goodbye to the islanders
Coming next year.
