Come Take the Memories

Yeah my brain is playin' tricks on me

to the point that I stay up,

stay up and think

yeah baby this ain't ok

the thoughts of you just won't let me be

this isn't something I can ignore

just because we ain't no more

I know you think you cleaned our things out

but there is one thing you forgot about

come take the memories

the one thing you've left me

Yeah he ain't like you because he's still around

now that I'm with him I've been set free

Yeah your a PTSD that hasn't slowed down

swear if I would've if I could've your the 1 thing I regret

I can't so boy please

Come take the memories

yeah boy, come takk the memories

Yeah baby you could of chose a

different time and through different means

baby I already told ya

things couldn't be as they seem

but if I'm ever back on this side of town

Could you

Come take the memories

the one thing you left me

yeah he ain't like you because he's still around

now that I'm with him I've been set free

yeah your a PTSD that hasn't slowed down

swear I would've if I could've your the 1 thing I regret

i can't so boy please

Come take the memories (come take the memories)

The one thing you left me (the one thing you left me)

boy come take the memories

could you please come take the memories

boy come take the memories
