The Comedown

Our embrace so tender
Like a perfect drag
when the smoke pulls in so gracefully
Succumbed to the blissful fog
We starved for one another

Harmoniously

We became one
Windows misted with condesation
Like fresh dew on the petals of nature's décor.

Harmoniously.

Penetrating deep into her welcoming soul
Locked in a permanent gaze
Her desire flourishes in strength
She is a vice grip
Gripping ever so vigorously,
Until the songs of passion fade
Our dance is complete

She is aware.

Her grip is liberated
Our gaze unchained
A cloud of repentance lingers like an unwelcomed guest.

She is her.

Our embrace was so tender
Like a perfect drag....

She doesn't recognize me during the comedown.

Strangers in love.
