Coming Undone
The darkness is here, it's crawling in
Whispering in my ear again,
Placing all this fear within
Day and night cycle, never ends
Trying to keep head held high
Hiding the fact I'm still broken inside
Lord please forgive me for all the lies
And all the tears still stuck in my eyes
I know the past is not my friend
But I find myself looking again
It's getting to close, I'm far from home
Filled with thoughts that aren't my own
Making me feel like I'm alone
Conviced that that's the way it should be
Wish everyone could see the real me
While my prayers are bouncing off the ceiling
And it's hard to hide all these feelings
My mind feels like a foriegn land
Begging for peace with shaky hands
Why is it so hard to achieve
If it really is meant to be
Happiness and a life stress free
It's starting to feel like make believe
So off the deep and and sinking low
Holding me under and won't let go
Facing changes, feeling faithless
Been here to long and I'm loosing patience
I just can't loose sight of the sun
I want to just get up and run
Cause the fight has already begun
And now im coming undone.
