COMISSION AND CONFESSION

COMMISSION AND CONFESSION

(by Ayesha Khalid)

the government sent to him a delegation
they acted upon his instruction

they were told to carry out the function
he accepted to believe in it as an obligation

he was assured dissolving of assemblies as compensation
he promised a confession as a remuneration

they all waited for the decision
everyone speculated it's own direction

a lot was wasted as commercial transaction
they enjoyed while the suffering was tolerated by the nation

it was believed to be an independent commission
finally they uttered the verdict and took the action

he should honor his word and make the confession
it is the requirement of the tide and order of legation
