Commandments

Breath and think. Breath and don't think. Release your feelings in words that are not spoken. Do not be tempted to anger as who you are. You are better than the hateful thoughts that plague your mind. Be thoughtful on what you do or say, no matter the wrong or the right. You are you're own person. Nothing may control you. Respect your mother. Respect your mothers presence. Be respectful in your mothers presence. Do not tempt your mother to anger of choice. Do not rejoice in a win that has caused your mothers grief. Spare no effort in keeping peace. You are peace. Relieve yourself in self meditation. That is how you will achieve success.
