Common senseless

1 Timothy 4:1-2                      New English Translation

Timothy’s Ministry in the Later Times

4 Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the later times some will desert the faith and occupy themselves with deceiving spirits and demonic teachings, 2 influenced by the hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared.

Common senseless

This word has implications easy to explain

Unless we really don’t want to understand

There must be more than a physical function

It seems understood by politicians in the land

Can one be dead in the brain as such and appear normal?

Kind of doing some good and then brag a lot about it

Is this just a part of it as long we dress them up formal?

To cover up the bones as such and make the bone-head fit

The knowledge that is stored in the brain’s comprehension

Seems that without sensitivity it is embalmed and dead

Ready to be raised understandably in its own pretention

It oft happens with many words, but lack of deeds. So sad

Conscience serves as a monitor and informs what is wrong

It shows as simple as where indeed one really needs repair

If one hungers to develop goodness and not ways to ignore this

It won’t be long for sure, that the conscience will again be there
