Communication

Hello Can you hear me No, where is the sound I see lips moving Just no translation found Hello Can you hear me Is this radio off A tower must be down Static is taking over You can’t turn me up Because the volume is broken Living life on mute My Speakers blown out Silence drowning out the noise Dyslexic understandings Thoughts screaming violently Threatening my pride The problem lies in this reflection And so does the solution Held hostage by insecurities Guarded by fear Emotion is the accomplice Watching actions pull the trigger Not knowing words removed the bullets Blank shots at all the bullshit Blowing kisses at my lies Communication has got the best of me Or rather the failure of Are we connecting finally Did you hear what I said I am more then what you see It’s just all trapped in my head
