Communication

Dreams

Come in all shapes and sizes.

Mine is to change a life,

Even just one would be a great prize.

Ending someone’s strife,

Giving them a chance at communication.

That’s why I want to become a speech pathologist,

To make sure people don’t feel alienation.

There should never be an opportunity missed

Because of a communication disorder.

This will change my life too,

Put my priorities back in order.

Communication serves as society's glue.
