Compared to You, Hell is Beautiful.

So tell me do you miss my breath at night?

When you get that same old Jet Black Feeling

and theres unexplained Shadows on the ceiling.

Oh and do you care?

Really was I worth your time?

Like a day of Hell,

you were worth mine.

You're spending every day taken by surprise.

You could read your misery from my jet black eyes.

If I could split the world in two,

would you stay here on my side?

If you could lay down next to me,

could you look into my eyes?

When the world decides to quit ,

because it’s sick of all the fools.

Will you break your heart in two?

Or would you play by all the rules-

and run away with me.

So when you fall through heavens thinnest clouds.

When the pain wants to scream out loud

And Hell seems to sympathize

Oh and were you there?

Where everyone seemed to know my face.

Spent my day today, in Hell's prettiest place.

Or would you play by all the rules.

And put me to Rest.

I'm more than the bright red hair and ton of hairspray. I've had a passion for writing and other creative arts all my life. After being diagnosed with clinical depression and OCD I have channeled that pain as well as the scars of a abusive relationship into writing. My goal is that my writing will touch others in similar situations and make them feel like they are not alone.
