Competitive Love
It was not love at first sight when I saw you, and if it was I was not aware.
You discust me as you acted like you were the best at everything.
Cocky, is the word I would use, cocky indeed. When ever we would
be on different teams or go against each other in a competitive game
I would make little side comments to let you know how cocky you
were. But you didn't care, you just kept showing off.
As if you were trying to empress me, and all the other girls drulling
over you. Then, one day we were on the same team playing untimate frizbee.
Both of us on one team was diffucilt sense we were both very competitive.
And it got to our heads, we both tried to be the best on the team, which was
not a mistake for because of our competitiveness I tried to catch the frizbee in the air
looking like it was flying faster then a jet. I jumped as high as I could go, then noticed
from the corner of my eye you were going for the same frizbee at the same time.
I can't really remember what happen other then opening my eyes to the love of my
life. You asked it I was okay then after asked for my number, we began to talk
for a few weeks then you asked me out. Finally, a year later you asked
me to marry you and of course I said yes. I am happy to say that because of
our competitiveness we found love. So because I love you I will also
love our comptitiveness towards one another, and hope it never dies.
