Concert Day

Concert Day

Rehearsal went well

I hope I am ready

For the thunderous swell

Of a concert that sells

I take my things

And practice some more

This day only brings

A nervous sting

I hope I am ready

The lights are dim

In the hallway in back

Turning the walls

A rich black

I hope I am ready!

I hope I am ready!

The doors open and out I go

I hope You are ready

For a good show!
