Condemn All Violence

If we want real and lasting peace

We must condemn all evil and all violence

Innocent babies, in the Middle East

Are being summarily killed, for instance.

We must condemn all abuses and all violence

There are too many deadly weapons

In this world, too much violence

Too many harassed drones, too many harpoons.

We must condemn all types of hate

Too many people are being brutalized

Too many people are being ostracized

And too many bombings and airstrikes as of late.

We must condemn all types of terrors

The world belongs to all of us

We want peace and justice

For God’s children of all colors.

We want the apartheid system to end

We want all aggression to end

What a waste of human lives and properties

Love is the answer. Stop the hypocrisies.

We want the human rights violations to stop

We are tired of seeing the mayhem and the injustice

We want the chaos, the atrocities and the killings to stop

In order to have permanent PEACE.
