The conditions of anxiety


I get told to calm down, relax start breathing I have anxiety a condition only I can understand each day is a battle,while people stare I feel uncomfortable under their gaze. I'm afraid of everything my hands and face become sweaty I can feel it I can't ask for help I go into town uh hell no this can waitvyet another day Over sensitive Emotional Sorry that I feel everything so deep guess that I'll just go to sleep.
