Confession

The world is a cold, cold place Their memories i'm confessing To not give this evil world a taste I consider their death a blessing Waiting in Jannah for me I don't know if I'll make it Relaxing in barazakh without me I don't know if I can take it My heart froze up the longer I remained My soul lost its innocence I used to be sweet and tamed I turned bitter and insolent Different things I chase but Im in a war My mind just wants to purse And I lost my connection with Allah My heart is crying out for you I don't know if I'm worthy for the rahma All the rifts I've been through left me rattled All the gifts you gave me I took for granted Your mercy is what Im attracted
