The confessions of a true queen

I am Ariana

Born into the late mid April

My blood is the most faithful

youngest daughter to a serene father

radiant ability to seek insight

I am me

I am my future

and I am my past

longing to learn, wanting to teach

condescending thorn

in the modern day world

knowledge has always been important to me

like an oaks thick branch

we are all capable of wisdom

but i have seen the restrictions of those of my

brothers and my sister

and those of my heritage , mis antepasados

my predecessors

they did not have the luxury of school

And I take that into my heart and

I understand that

I am grateful

I am the most happy

that I have my books,my paper, my pencils

my wisdom

I take it not as a burden but as a necklace

a savvy necklace of pearl ermine

I am the blood of Costanza, Infanta, great ruler of Castile

I am my father’s daughter for I am

sensitive and compassionate like he is

I am my mother’s daughter for I am strong and faithful as she is

But never the less

I am me
