Confined

My thoughts confined

To there own hell

No one hears them

Because

They're all chained up

Never spoken aloud

Never heard

But here they are

Being read

But

They're ignored

Spoken or written

No one hears me

I'm that fly on the wall

A blip on a page

Always there

Like a pesky gnat

But the most attention I ever get

A glance

A nod

Or not even that

But these thoughts

In my head

They need let out

For all to hear

So listen up

And be sure to listen well

One day you'll know

You shouldn't ignore

A slow ticking bomb

Just serving its time

Till it can explode
