Confined in Mind

Darkness, isolation
Nothing more and nothing less
Longing for no more
Than a gentle, sweet caress

The room is getting smaller
It is crushing
It shows no mercy
All that I know
Is what I first see

When I walk into a room
Scrambled are my thoughts
Emotions
Locked away in little cells left to rot

Never shown they are
To those outside
Who seemingly are blind
Blind to my eyes

Empty hearts, stone hearts
Everyone, everywhere
There is density all around
There is weight in the air

Shoulders grow weak
With heaviness undefined
The weight of worlds forevermore
Holding down the outside
