Conflict

A white guy attacks a black guy

it becomes news

Yet a black guy attacks a white guy

and nothing comes of it.

This hatred and conflict

tears us apart and we fight and blame racism.

A hate crime.

This conflict brings hate and anger

an unresolved conflict of hate and violence.

Yet we turn a blind eye

when it's the opposite race

we fight, we hate each other.

An internal conflict that we struggle with daily.

This isn't what God wanted

He wanted peace and love

and yet we hate and blame others.

There is no love.

This is our future.

This is now.
