Conflicts of the Soul

If you were to compare your thoughts with mine, Comprehension would be the last thing in mind, Life has made me feel this way inside, A twisted castrophe-filled thing, my mind. Eyes opened by reality, Only to be focused in on success, Broadened by the real things that only bring stress. Brutally painful this hardening task. We trudge on roads, across hills, and through valleys, oh, what a mask! As life goes on time doesn't stop, If you don't keep up, oh, what a drop! Success is a goal very few accomplish, For fear of failure is the reason, oh, what a monster! Only to find the man above has a whole different plan, So, please don't ever give up. In the least to say, Put on a smile and live life your way.
